Features a limited edition slipcover featuring Japanese glam rocker Gackt holding a baby. Gackt was featured in TV commercials for Metal Gear Solid 2 in 2002. Region-locked Japanese release; can only be played on Japanese systems.

The slipcover has heavy wear around the edges.
