Used Biohazard Dedicated Controller by ASCII controller (Japan-only release). Includes the controller, manual, registration card, box, and VERY RARE unopened bonus herb tea pack. The controller is region-free and compatible with all Playstation 1 and 2 units worldwide. The herb tea is marked as 'hibaihin' (not for sale) and it very rare to find it still included in this box. According to my research on eBay Terapeak, none of the listings for this controller in the past 3 years have included the tea packet. The front of the box has a store sticker on it.
